Blue Tango is Lynne Gough (vocals and percussion) and Dave Richard (vocals and guitar). Blue Tango revel in our jazzy popular music, producing interesting, original guitar/vocal arrangements of classic pop songs.

Pippa Wilson

One of the founding members of Showbiz Club Melbourne, Pippa Wilson remains one of Melbourne’s leading Jazz ladies. She has the rare vocal quality that snaps audiences to full attention, swinging hot or cool with the great standards.

Lisette Payet

Blessed with a beautiful sultry voice, Lisette possesses outstanding talent at the piano. Lisette has been entertaining Australia since the age of 9 and is still performing at venues in and around Melbourne.

Groovin’ Easy Orchestra

The Groovin' Easy Orchestra (GEO) is a registered non-profit association of 20, mostly retired, professional and semi-professional musicians.  They meet regularly to rehearse and play quality music from the swing era onward.

Sweet Ade

A seven piece jazz band featuring an unusual range of instruments and repertoire. They play jazz standards, early Australian jazz, klezmer, romantic ballads, Latin, diverse popular tunes and a wide variety of great music.

Ruby Page

Periodic guest Ruby Page works regularly with Showbiz members. Blessed with a rich, warm, soulful voice, she captivates audiences with music ranging from mellow jazz, swing, Latin, sultry sambas, to pure romance.

Anita Harris on the Web

Jazz vocalist Anita Harris has been on the jazz scene for a while. She has four recordings available on the Newmarket record label, and was once described by the English Jazz Journal as “swinging ably and effortlessly.”

The Anita Harris Jazz facebook page includes quite a range of content, from video and some rare audio, to many photos of both their performances and those of the Australian jazz family. Watch for the occasional unexpected gem.

Australian Jazz Museum

The Australian Jazz Museum is located at 15 Mountain Hwy, Wantirna, Victoria, Australia. Many Showbiz members both volunteer and perform at the museum, which is dedicated to preserving the history of Australian Jazz.

Bill Leithhead

Jazz pianist and longtime member (including many years on the committee), Bill’s site includes many gems. Photos from past showbiz years, tales of his travels and interesting thoughts and tales can be found on Bill’s site.

Duo Melodica

Duo Melodica presents Howard on keyboard, vocal and washboard and Pamela vocal and percussion. Duo Melodica are a married musical couple performing a variety of jazz styles, often with a latin flavor.

Rachel Camerino on the Web

Rachele Camerino is an accomplished jazz singer and lover of music all round. She also has her own Duo "Sassy Sisters" - 2 Vocalists with Electric Piano, who perform regularly at Cafe/Restaurants, Wine Bars and Festivals.

Rachel and her gentlemen are a quintet playing Jazz, Blues, and Latin music. Whether with her Sassy sisters or the Genlemen, her repertoire comprises a variety of latin jazz, ballads, rock, blues, disco and soulful tunes.
