Club Night
What you need to know:

We meet on the 4th Wednesday of the month.

Attendees should be members or guests of a member.

We meet at the East Malvern RSL, Stanley Grose Drive, Malvern East.

We supply a piano or electric piano, a drum kit and PA system.

Those who would like to perform on the night put their name on the whiteboard by 7:15pm. Then performers are determined by a random draw.

There are generally eleven or twelve acts of 2 songs or maximum 12 minutes per act.

Acts who miss out on performing on the night are guaranteed a spot the following month.

Some months, we have a President's Guest spot; a special band or musician invited along by our President.

There is a half-way social break, during which we present a birthday cake to attendees whose birthday is that month.
Our Agenda:
6:30pm - 8:00pm Arrival time. Dinner and drinks are available at reasonable prices.
Musicians/Acts add their names/band's name to the whiteboard.
7:15pm - 7:20pm Random draw of the night's performers and playing order.
7:20pm - 7.30pm President's Welcome and quick run-through of any business.
About 8:00pm Meal service closes.
7.30pm till 10:30pm The evening's performances. (As above, maximum 12 minutes each, including set up.) Interval around the halfway mark to have a chat.
9:00pm The month's Birthday folk are celebrated with cake and song.
10.30pm The evening finishes.
