Club Night
What you need to know:

We meet on the 4th Monday of the month

Attendees should be members or guests of a member

We meet at the East Malvern RSL, Stanley Grose Drive, Malvern East.

We supply a piano or electric piano, a drum kit and PA system.

Those who would like to perform on the night pop their name on the board by 7:45pm; performers are determined by a random draw
-
There are generally eleven or twelve slots of 2 songs or maximum 12 minutes per slot

Some months, we have a President's Guest spot; a special band or musician invited along by our President
-
There is a half-way social break, during which we present a birthday cake, and lucky door prizes are drawn.
Our Agenda:
6:30pm - 8:00pm Arrival time. Dinner and drinks are available at reasonable prices.
Musicans add their names/band's name to the board
7:45pm - 8:00pm Random draw of the night's performers and sequence thereof
About 8:00pm Meal service closes.
8:00pm - 8:10pm President's Welcome and quick run-through of any business.
8:10pm till 11:00pm The evening's performances. (As above, maximum 12 minutes each, including set up.) Interval at the halfway mark to have a chat.
9:30pm Lucky Door prize is drawn and Birthday celebrations.
Where time permits, the night may finish with a "jam session", so even if you're not selected for the whiteboard you are welcome to join in.
